Our Reverie straw hats are all handmade and made from 100% straw, so you might find a few small imperfections in straw due to its nature. But, keep in mind, these charming quirks make each hat unique and special!

Check out our simple tips for keeping your new Reverie hat in top shape:
- When not worn, store your straw hat in a cool, dry place to prevent damage from heat and humidity.
- Avoid storing your hat in a plastic bag, as this can trap moisture and promote mold growth.
- If your hat gets misshapen, you can reshape it by steaming it or by gently bending it with your hands.
- Straw hats are not waterproof, so it's important to avoid getting them wet. If your hat does get wet, dry it off immediately with a clean towel.
Currently, we ship to all countries located in Europe only.
Our normal handling time is 1-3 business days, but during sales and around Christmas, it can be 3-5 days.
Lithuania: For DPD self-service post terminals or courier service, delivery takes 2-3 business days on top of our handling time.
Europe: Registered delivery with Lithuanian Post, it takes up to 2 weeks for order to be delivered.

RETURNS
We want you to adore your new hat, but we understand that sometimes it might not fit or look as expected. No worries, we're here to help! You can get a refund on any of our hats.
Just make sure to send them back within 14 days, and they should be in their original packaging and condition with tags still on.
