Currently, we ship to all countries located in Europe only.
Our normal handling time is 1-3 business days, but during sales and around Christmas, it can be 3-5 days.
Lithuania: For DPD self-service post terminals or courier service, delivery takes 2-3 business days on top of our handling time.
Europe: Registered delivery with Lithuanian Post, it takes up to 2 weeks for order to be delivered.

RETURNS
We want you to adore your new hat, but we understand that sometimes it might not fit or look as expected. No worries, we're here to help! You can get a refund on any of our hats.
Just make sure to send them back within 14 days, and they should be in their original packaging and condition with tags still on.
